Heal at Your Own Pace

When your past keeps shaping your present, change can feel impossible. It isn't.

Trauma, difficult relationships, and painful life experiences can leave lasting patterns that affect how you think, feel, and connect with others. Therapy can help you understand those patterns, process what happened, and create new ways of moving forward.

Maybe something happened, even years ago, and part of you still reacts like it's happening now: the racing heart in ordinary moments, the same relationship pattern repeating, the exhaustion of holding it all together. From the outside, you look capable. Inside, it's a different story. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in executive leadership, so I understand that pressure firsthand. Using EMDR as part of your therapy if appropriate, I help you process what happened at its root, not just manage the symptoms, so you experience change that lasts.

You don't have to just keep coping. Therapy helps you process what happened, not just manage it day to day. I draw on EMDR alongside attachment-based, somatic, and person-centered approaches, tailored to your specific history, to help reduce anxiety, build genuine self-worth, and shift relationship patterns that no longer serve you. Sometimes narrative therapy or expressive arts therapy is a better fit for a client. Sometimes short-term, solution focused therapy is what’s needed. I will tailor your treatment plan with you and for your, unique needs.

If you're managing more than you let on, you don't have to keep doing it alone. Healing is possible, even from things you've carried for years.
